Peach and Plum sell top designer clothing for children including dresses for girls for special occasions, boys outwear and jeans pants and cool shirts too. They have a spring sale where items are up to 30% off, which is quite considerable given these are high end clothing brands.

Peach and Plum propose an interesting theory that having a child wear clothes the adults think look stylish on them will help their confidence. I think it could well do but there is a balance to be met or it could do more harm than good. i.e. teaching the child that appearances are something important to judge people by when really we do that a lot just by instinct and need steering away from somewhat. Nevertheless, its definitely good to have something for children to wear on special occasions and I probably wish I had developed my own fashion sense a little earlier! (make it 10 years earlier!)
