Cyber clothing, generally as a fashion is quite strange. It’s futuristic, its weird, its a bit gothy and its so far from the mainstream you could call it a cloud, in a completely different section of the water cycle (year 2 science coming in useful at last!). I like it though, despite not being a cyber goth or cyber anything. I suppose you could call me a cyber nerd but that’s nothing to do with the way I dress!

I’ve only ever seen a few people dressed in Cyber clothing, they were all at raves and I think they looked pretty awesome. It’s all about customization and getting neat little accessories to make the look complete. eBay is without a doubt the best place to do that and they have simply tons of stuff to choose from and you can pick up some great bargain! In my last post I wrote about Cyber Goth clothing, today I want to focus on something more specific know as Cybergoth Goggles. Having already admitted that I personally do quite like the Cybergoth look I must also say that Cybergoth goggles look super cool. They are quite apocalyptic and fantastical. I think they arouse my inner nerd and remind me of playing endless hours of TimeSplitters 2 on my old GameCube years ago. I’ve always been a bit sci-fi-ish too… but I guess not quite enough to convert me to be a Cybergoth!

I’ve been searching for the best place to buy Cybergoth goggles online and I have come to the conclusion that in this instance Amazon.com is where to go. This goggles page in particular has a good selection to choose from. I am tempted to get some for my next rave… but then I would have to buy all the gear!

Have you been searching for cyber goth clothing? If so this post is the right place for you to be. But first, those not in the know may be interested in understanding exactly what is a cyber goth?

Cyber Goth clothing combines rave clothing with rivethead and of course with the gothic style. The term “Cyber Goth” was coined back in 1988 for a warhammer game, but didn’t gain its fashion meaning till a decade after that. It also involves a fusion of London and Newyork styles as well as some sci-fi being thrown into the mix.

Personally I much prefer the Cyber Goth look to plain old goth one (which I find quite dull and dark). Perhaps I see Cyber Goths as something I could have become if a few things had gone differently.

Plus Size Gothic Clothing

I’ve never been a big wearer of gothic clothing. I remember quite a few people at school used to wear it (when they could get away with it) but I never really was in on the whole thing. Having said that, gothic style clothing is still going very strong and so I have gone on the hunt to conjure up some of the plus size variety.

On Amazon its extra easy to narrow the search down to only showing plus size (using their options on the left) which is exactly what I’ve done here. These plus size gothic clothes have massive discounts, for example a $300 dress has been reduced to just $117 and there are lots of other discounts of similar proportions on less expensive items. In fact, there isn’t a single item on the page that doesn’t have a discount! That added to Amazons free 2 day shipping is a pretty good deal.
