Trendy women’s clothing is an interesting one. I was thinking about the word ‘trendy’. People use it as a good thing, a compliment, when really it means ‘your successfully keeping up with a trend’, which I suppose is a good thing if you base what you wear on what other people say, which many people do. Personally if I were to be called ‘trendy’ and the person meant that I was keeping up with a trend I would take it as an insult. I try to avoid trends in all senses of the word, be it in how I think and dress. You could say religion is a trend. It hasn’t come from inside the person.

Moving on from my abstract metaphysical thoughts its time to get back to the real world. If you just want to look trendy in the simple positive sense, I will recommend shopping on eBay a thousand times over. It’s all about customization and finding things that represent you, your very own trend, and eBay has such a variety (almost 4 million clothing items) and by far the cheapest prices. Plus its fun to bid on things :p
